Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day operations of all concessions locations under the guidance of the Concessions Manager
Assist with coordinating team members and non-profit organization groups to ensure effective collaboration and operational efficiency
Contribute to hiring and training new team members on company objectives, policies, and procedures to drive team performance and deliver exceptional guest service
Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing alcohol, food service, sanitation, payroll, financial protocols, and employment practices
Address customer concerns and resolve promptly and professionally
Assist in inventory management
Support compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in food service
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Understanding of health regulations and safety procedures
Ability to obtain ServSafe and related certifications
Proficiency in computer applications including point of sale systems
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with prior concessions experience
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
Proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Capacity to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events
