  • Support the Concession Manager and being the 'go-to' person when you are the most senior Management Team member on shift
  • Driving sales and exceeding targets through exceptional customer service, building a client business and leading conversion in our Services offerings
  • Piercing, Welding, Engraving and Monogramming
  • People management and coaching to deliver the above
  • Maximizing store efficiency through operations management
