Job Responsibility
Support the Concession Manager and being the 'go-to' person when you are the most senior Management Team member on shift
Driving sales and exceeding targets through exceptional customer service, building a client business and leading conversion in our Services offerings
Piercing, Welding, Engraving and Monogramming
People management and coaching to deliver the above
Maximizing store efficiency through operations management
Requirements
A demonstrated passion for customer service and driving a business
Commercially aware and target driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible, able to adapt
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
What we offer
Full time hours of 40 per week
