Internship position for Assistant Comptable at Four Seasons Megeve, a modern 55-room chalet in the Alps offering golf, spa, and fine dining. The role involves financial procedures, deposit tracking, event invoicing, and customer refunds.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure compliance with Finance procedures (Four Seasons Policies)
  • Identify and record Rooms, Golf and F&B deposits received by the bank in Opera reservations
  • Track deposits and credit authorisations for upcoming events
  • Monitor group and event invoicing
  • Monitor long stays
  • Process customer refund requests

Requirements:

  • Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
  • Fluency in French
  • English as second language would be appreciated
