Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team as an Assistant Community Shop Manager. Severn Hospice has a network of shops across Shropshire and Mid-Wales. These shops generate a substantial level of income to support Severn Hospice to care for patients and their families from the community they operate with. Our shop focus is on empowering volunteers to maximise their potential within the shops. The Assistant Community Shop Manager supports local decision making to drive the business within the community. This exciting role is at the forefront of our Community Shop offer, and plays a vital role in supporting the Community Shop Manager and team to generate income to care for patients and their families across Shropshire and Mid-Wales. This role will be part time and based in our Ellesmere shop to include weekend working on a rota basis.

  • Support the Community Shop Manager and team to generate income
  • Work on a rota basis including weekends

  • Partner with DTC to ensure seamless Shopify integration and order fulfillment
  • Partner with growth assistants to ensure weekly outreach and engagement with all affiliates
  • Meet with top affiliates to engage them as the brand and build 1:1 relationships
  • Build an engaged affiliate community through product education, creator campaigns, and content support
