Job Description:

The town of Leicester is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Collector. Working under the direction of the Treasurer/Collector, the position’s primary focus is collection of taxes, interest and fees associated with real estate, personal property and excise collection. This position will also be responsible for various duties as assigned, but not limited to, payroll and benefits administration, reconciliation of Treasurer’s cash, processing refunds, and other general office duties.

Requirements:

  • possess strong computer and organizational skills
  • demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
