Assistant ClubHotel Manager

• Be second in command to the Hotel Manager
• Maintain and exceed high standards across the clubhotel
• Identify where team are excelling and areas for improvement
• Spot opportunities to maximise business potential
• Accurately record/report financial incomes and expenditure
• Lead team and set example on attitude and work ethic
• Lead daily team meetings
• Help team with key duties including housekeeping, meal service, pot washing, snow clearing
• Create staff rotas
• Liaise with HR and head office in the UK
• Report into Hotel Manager
• Conduct department checks to ensure standards are met

• Previous management or team leader experience is essential – preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of kitchen operations in is a strong advantage
• A strong customer service background
• Any overseas, seasonal experience is a bonus
• Responsible, reliable, and happy to take the lead
• Hard working and not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
• Team motivator
• Confidence to think on your feet and show initiative
