Job Description

We are seeking an high-calibre Assistant Clinic Manager to join a state-of-the-art, award-winning medical and aesthetic skin clinic in the heart of West London. This is a key leadership role within a doctor-led CQC regulated environment, reporting directly to the Head of Operations and Medical Director. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and outstanding patient experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of therapists and reception staff
  • Support and maintain SOPs in line with CQC requirements
  • Ensure compliance within a CQC-regulated environment
  • Drive clinic performance, sales, and KPI achievement
  • Maintain exceptional patient journey standards and customer service excellence
  • Work closely with senior leadership to implement operational improvements
  • Monitor reporting, data tracking and performance metrics (advanced Excel skills)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Assistant Manager or relevant management role
  • Experience in aesthetics, medical, dental, or similar regulated healthcare environment
  • Experience working within a CQC-regulated clinic (or strong CQC knowledge)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent such as ITEC/CIBTAC)
  • Proven experience in operations and sales with a track record of delivering KPIs
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • High level of autonomy and proactive mindset
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel
  • Fluent English
  • Impeccable attention to detail
