Job Description:

Hang Seng Bank's Private Banking and Trust Services department is looking for an Assistant Client Service Manager who will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to provide comprehensive support for high-net-worth clients, manage accounts, ensure compliance, and strengthen client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive client support service to RMs in executing a broad range of banking and investment transactions for Private Banking clients
  • Assist RMs preparing business credit application, financial review documentation and other client correspondence as and when required
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized service and support
  • Assist in the management of client accounts, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Work closely with business partners’ inquiries promptly within reasonable time
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed
  • Manage the annual processes (e.g. CRS/FATCA attestation, W-Form renewal, TIN collection, etc) completed on time with high quality standard
  • Ensure the team delivers in line with internal procedure/SLA and comply with standards and policy.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Passes in the HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations
  • Proven experience in banking with knowledge of investment and insurance products
  • experience in dealing with high net-worth customers an advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change and overcome challenges
  • Ability to be resilient in face of difficult situations
  • Good sales and service mindset, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of application software
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
