Then join us as Assistant Chief Steward (m/f/d) and take on a key role in supporting our Stewarding team. Two brands – endless possibilities!

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Chief Steward in leading the Stewarding department
  • Organize and provide materials for our six F&B outlets
  • Prepare reports, conduct inventories, and manage assigned team members
  • Monitor cleaning processes and ensure hygiene standards are met for equipment and workspaces
  • Oversee cleanliness in cold storage areas, kitchens, room service, and stewarding zones

Requirements

  • Completed training in hotel operations
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar capacity
  • Ideally a hotel management school degree or business-related studies
  • Enjoy working with people and analyzing numbers
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Flexible, committed, and confident in a leadership role
