Job Description:

Assistant Chief Steward position at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort involves organizing cleaning supplies and equipment, maintaining sanitation, supporting kitchen operations, and assisting management in staff-related tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Organize cleaning chemicals and supplies
Rotate stock, bringing wares into the kitchen
Complete cleaning checklists
Collect dirty pans and transport to pot station
Clean and organize sanitation areas
Maintain loading dock
Operate dish-washing machines and pot-scrubbing stations
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
Follow safety and security policies
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Perform other job duties as requested by supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Eligible for individuals with working rights in Fiji
