Assistant Chief Concierge

• Assist the Chief Concierge to manage a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and adding personal recommendations
• Lead the team in a constructive and efficient manner
• Create and maintain the highest level of service consistent with Four Seasons Standards
• Programs and directs activity options, dining, shopping and other attractions
• Resolves guest concerns
• Assures that Concierge Staff is well versed in activities with appropriately updated information
• Interviews, trains and schedules the Concierge staff
• Conducts performance evaluations and corrective interviews
• Responds properly in any resort emergency or safety situation
• Works harmoniously with Front Desk, Reservations, Bell Staff and Valet Parking to assure smooth handling of guest arrivals and departures

• Candidates must have a passion for excellence
• Clefs D’Or holder
• Proven leadership experience
• Firm knowledge of the local market
• Speak Thai
• Fluent in English
• Must have the right to work in Thailand
• Extremely organized
• Able to multi task
• Previous pre-opening experience is a plus
• Hold valid work authorization for Thailand
