Job Description:

The Assistant Head Sommelier is responsible for leading and supervising his team in order to deliver quality service to our guests in compliance with Four Seasons standards. He/ She is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the proper application of all procedures in his department and works closely with his Head of Department as well as all departments of the hotel.

  • Provide customers with a pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards
  • Support Head Sommelier in managing the daily life of the department at the administrative level: Wine orders, purchasing forecasts, control of purchasing costs, sales prices
  • Manage complaints regardless of the person he is speaking to
  • Organize the logistics of storage in the cellar, the management and updating of cellar books and wine lists

Requirements:

  • First experience in a similar position
  • Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
  • Fluency in French and English
