Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE is located in one of the city’s most dynamic development that includes Four Seasons Private Residences, premium grade office space, sophisticated retail, dining and entertainment.

Requirements:

  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect the legendary Four Seasons level of hospitality—warm, professional, responsive, and anticipatory
  • Handle complex guest requests and situations with sound judgment, personalized service, and timely resolution
  • Support the team in managing inquiries related to hotel services, operations, city attractions, events, and special arrangements with accuracy and local insight
  • Oversee concierge recommendations, ticketing, restaurant reservations, and guest itinerary planning, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and curated with personalized touches
  • Supervise daily front office operations, including Reception, Concierge, Bellstand, and Lobby coverage, ensuring smooth workflow and consistent adherence to Four Seasons standards and policies
  • Provide on-the-floor support during peak business periods or staffing shortages
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and retrieval of guest luggage and packages in coordination with Bell Staff
  • Monitor accuracy in processing guest requests, messages, faxes, mail, and deliveries
  • Assist in leading, coaching, and mentoring front office colleagues to uphold Four Seasons Core Standards
  • Support training initiatives, service refreshers, and skill development programs
  • Foster teamwork, communication, and cross-department collaboration for elevated guest experience
  • Utilize hotel systems to accurately input guest preferences, oversee billing procedures, and ensure data integrity
  • Maintain updated collateral and digital resources for restaurants, attractions, events, and local destinations
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for in-room technologies including Internet, TV services, and Web‑based guest applications
  • Anticipate potential service issues by monitoring guest flow, service interactions, and team performance
  • Manage guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to resolving matters swiftly and satisfactorily
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and local partners to support concierge services and guest convenience
