Job Responsibility:

Assist Senior Manager, Channel management and Acquisition in Mortgage Product.
Drive Business growth and maximize the risk adjusted return to the bank, to sustain the market position and react to market changes.
Act as the 1st LoD in market, credit and compliance risk of the business.
Support market campaign/ sales initiatives / digital projects to established business directions and goals.

Requirements:

Hands on experience in mortgage (or other lending) business within retail banking will be an advantage)
Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Highly effective navigation within a complex matrix environment, governance standard and regulatory context with agile ways of working and strong engagement with different levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Strong outcomes focus with adaptability, sound judgement and business insights in decision making, and accountability in delivery.
Positive, creative, flexible and self-motivated individual with good interpersonal skills.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Banking and Finance or related disciplines.
