Job Responsibility

Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression
Communicate effectively with clients and the Centre team to ensure smooth operations
Assist the Centre Manager in driving sales through property viewings and follow-ups
Manage IT setups for clients, troubleshooting issues with support from our external IT team
Maintain stock levels of consumables like stationery and refreshments
Ensure the cleanliness of the building meets our high company standards by liaising with cleaning staff
Support billing and invoicing processes to ensure clients receive prompt and accurate billing
Keep the office organised with general administration tasks
Monitor maintenance issues, keeping the Centre Manager and clients informed
Assist in implementing and adhering to all Health and Safety policies
