We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Catering Manager to support the day-to-day running and growth of our catering social enterprises. This is a rewarding opportunity to combine your catering and leadership skills while making a real difference to the lives of the people we support.
Job Responsibility:
Day-to-day management of catering social enterprises
ensure health and safety compliance
support menu planning and ordering
collaborate with Day Opportunities and Work Programme teams
support marketing and promotion
maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
line management and supervision of catering team
prepare staff and volunteer rotas
ensure appropriate training
handle financial transactions and monitor financial performance
Requirements:
Motivated, hands-on, caring, organised and can-do person
catering and leadership skills
