Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Catering Manager to support the day-to-day running and growth of our catering social enterprises. This is a rewarding opportunity to combine your catering and leadership skills while making a real difference to the lives of the people we support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Day-to-day management of catering social enterprises
  • ensure health and safety compliance
  • support menu planning and ordering
  • collaborate with Day Opportunities and Work Programme teams
  • support marketing and promotion
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • line management and supervision of catering team
  • prepare staff and volunteer rotas
  • ensure appropriate training
  • handle financial transactions and monitor financial performance
