Job Responsibility

  • Support and assist the Venue Director and Casino Managers
  • Ensure gaming operations meet optimum standards
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Contribute to management meetings
  • Support marketing and sales activity
  • Ensure compliance with gaming rules and company procedures
  • Maintain optimum staffing levels
  • Develop good communications and liaison with departments
  • Report visits by statutory body officials
  • Maintain customer relations on casino floor
  • Supervise team members
  • Carry out inspecting duties
  • Ensure gaming equipment functions properly
  • Maintain floats and hourly reports
  • Help supervise count procedures
  • Notify senior management of disputes or unresolved customer requests
  • Develop junior team members through feedback and appraisals
  • Conduct investigations into absences, grievances, discipline
  • Conduct disciplinaries and grievance hearings
  • Assist with identifying team member potential
  • Identify under-performing team members and recommend remedial action
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives
  • Role model coaching and feedback
