The Assistant Campus Principal will be one of the leading professionals in the Campus, directly reporting and accountable to the Campus Principal. The primary objective is to provide strategic professional leadership and management to promote a secure foundation from which to achieve high standards in all areas of the school.

Requirements:
Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum and Assessment Framework for KS3-5
Qualified Teacher Status
A degree or similar qualifications
Experience in leading effective systems for student data tracking, target setting and progress monitoring to secure improved attainment
Proven ability to identify underperformance using assessment information and to coordinate timely, high‑impact support and intervention strategies
Experience of working collaboratively with pastoral leads to implement mentoring approaches that enable students to meet or exceed their academic targets
Ability to analyse student performance data to inform strategic decisions, monitor progress and evaluate the impact of interventions
Strong capacity to coach and support colleagues in using data effectively to improve outcomes for students performing below target
Ability to build effective pastoral‑academic links to ensure consistent, joined‑up support for learners, including mentoring structures
