Broad understanding of the area in which position is marketing and representing the firm

Job Responsibility

Coordinate business development efforts with marketing activities of principals, discipline leaders, project managers and other staff members
Organizes plans, schedules, and manages sales efforts for area of responsibility
Assists in the development and execution of marketing and business plans that support the firm’s overall strategic plan
Seeks out opportunities and actively engage potential, existing, and past clients to uncover project opportunities
Develop long-term client relationships and maintain strong business networks
Reports on planned and executed sales activities to appropriate members of firm leadership team
Participate in the weekly Business development meeting
Participate in quarterly Practice Area meetings
