Assistant Business Development Manager

• Manage leasing operations, including lease negotiations, tenant relationship management, and enhancement of the commercial portfolio
• Develop and monitor leasing budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for reporting to management
• Conduct internal market studies and collaborate with external research agencies to stay informed on market trends and developments
• Assist in conducting feasibility assessments for land development, joint ventures, and other potential investment opportunities
• Support the evaluation and formulation of commercial terms and agreements for property-related investments
• Participate in due diligence processes covering legal, financial, and technical aspects of prospective land acquisitions and development projects
• Liaise with consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project implementation

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Real Estate Degree or Master's degree in Business Administration
• 5 years in a similar role
• Possess good market knowledge of the retail industry
• Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with stakeholders across various business units, countries and cultures
