Job Description:

Our organisation, situated in the heart of Basingstoke just a short 6-minute walk from the train station, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Business Centre Manager to support our dynamic team. We provide flexible office rental, serviced office space, meeting room hire, and virtual offices in a professional and welcoming environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression
  • Communicate effectively with clients and the Centre team to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist the Centre Manager in driving sales through property viewings and follow-ups
  • Manage IT setups for clients, troubleshooting issues with support from our external IT team
  • Maintain stock levels of consumables like stationery and refreshments
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the building meets our high company standards by liaising with cleaning staff
  • Support billing and invoicing processes to ensure clients receive prompt and accurate billing
  • Keep the office organised with general administration tasks
  • Monitor maintenance issues, keeping the Centre Manager and clients informed
  • Assist in implementing and adhering to all Health and Safety policies

Requirements:

  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in IT, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and various software systems
