A global multi-disciplinary construction practice is looking for an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join their thriving office in Manchester. The role offers exposure to multi-million-pound projects and one-on-one APC training, with opportunities for career progression.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gain exposure to the full scope of projects
  • Provide specialist project management services
  • Deliver contract administration services

Requirements:

  • BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
  • Ideally 2+ years’ consultancy experience
  • Have started your APC diary would be ideal
