Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a progressive consultancy in South London. Known for their focus on innovation, sustainability, and delivering high-quality projects with flexibility of hybrid working.

Job Responsibility:

Work on a wide range of projects across Education, Commercial, Health, and Emergency Services sectors
Contribute to energy efficiency initiatives and refurbishment schemes
Collaborate closely with senior surveyors and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

1-2 years’ post-graduate experience in building surveying or a related discipline
Commitment to professional development, ideally working towards APC
Strong interest in sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions
Proactive, collaborative, and able to take ownership of tasks
Motivated to grow within a multidisciplinary team and make a real impact
