Job Description:

A boutique Chartered Surveying firm is seeking an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 6, based close to well-connected Liverpool Station in London. This is an opportunity for a dedicated Assistant Building Surveyor who is keen to progress their APC and work absorb the knowledge of a team of experienced Building Surveyor’s, with a 1:1 approach to training.

Job Responsibility:

Work alongside 2 trainees
Develop with 1:1 APC training
Access to the Senior’s/Partner on a day to day basis
Exposure to an interesting and diverse client portfolio

Requirements:

BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
Consultancy/private practice background
Ideally commercial and residential experience
Strong communication- both written and verbal

Nice to have:

Ideally commercial and residential experience
