Assistant Building Surveyor

• Supporting the delivery of a range of professional and project-based services
• Providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of properties
• Working on projects across multiple sectors, including education, residential, and commercial
• Collaborating with senior surveyors and engaging directly with clients
• Conducting surveys and preparing reports
• Assisting in design, maintenance, and refurbishment works

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited degree
• Previous experience in a consultancy environment is advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and focused on achieving chartered status
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and adaptable
