The Role As the building surveyor you will work alongside experienced surveyors and multidisciplinary teams, supporting the delivery of projects across several sectors. The role will include: * Supporting the delivery of refurbishment and construction projects * Assisting with building surveys, condition reports and technical inspections * Supporting energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives * Assisting with the preparation of specifications and project documentation * Attending client meetings, contractor meetings and site inspections * Supporting project delivery across education, commercial, health and emergency services sectors * Working collaboratively with architects, project managers and other consultants * Undertaking general project and surveying support duties
