Job Description:

A forward-thinking multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a talented Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Eltham-based office. The consultancy is a leading national practice with nearly 50 years’ experience, delivering a full suite of services including Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, M&E Engineering, and Sustainability Consulting. They are committed to making a positive impact on people’s lives through exceptional service and innovation.

Job Responsibility:

Involved in a wide variety of projects spanning the core sectors of Non-residential, Education, Commercial, Emergency Services, and Health
Focus on energy efficiency and retrofit initiatives
Work closely with senior surveyors and project teams, shaping the delivery of high-quality, sustainable projects
Gain hands-on experience and contribute meaningfully to projects that make a difference

Requirements:

1-2 years’ post-graduate experience in building surveying or related field
Commitment to professional development, ideally working towards APC
Strong interest in sustainable design and energy-efficient solutions
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
