A dynamic multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in London is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Building Surveyor to join their collaborative and social team. Job Responsibility:

Supporting the delivery of a range of professional and project-based services
Providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, and repair of properties
Working on projects across multiple sectors, including education, residential, and commercial
Collaborating with senior surveyors and engaging directly with clients
Advancing through your APC with structured training and mentorship

Requirements:

BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited degree
Previous experience in a consultancy environment is advantageous
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, collaborative, and focused on achieving chartered status
Eager to learn, self-motivated, and adaptable
