An opportunity for a motivated Assistant Building Surveyor to join a UK leading specialist surveying and property practice, offering a structured and tailored APC support program and a truly varied workload to gain experience on.

Job Responsibility:

  • Professional services including party wall, dilapidations, PPM, employers agent, schedules of condition and TDD
  • Work on projects across numerous sectors including office, education, sport and residential

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • RICS accredited degree with 2+ years' of Building Surveying experience
  • Consultancy or private practice background
  • Started APC diary
  • Quick learner
  • Self-motivated
  • Dedicated to APC progression
