Job Description:

An opportunity for a motivated Assistant Building Surveyor to join a UK leading specialist surveying and property practice, offering a structured and tailored APC support program and a truly varied workload to gain experience on.

Job Responsibility:

Professional services including party wall, dilapidations, PPM, employers agent, schedules of condition and TDD
Work on projects across numerous sectors including office, education, sport and residential

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
RICS accredited degree with 2+ years' of Building Surveying experience
Consultancy or private practice background
Started APC diary
Quick learner
Self-motivated
Dedicated to APC progression
