Job Description:

A multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an Assistant building surveyor to join its team. The building surveyor will support delivery across a range of sectors. The building surveyor will work within a structured project environment. This building surveyor role offers exposure to residential, commercial and public sector schemes. The building surveyor will assist senior colleagues across day-to-day project delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting with delivery of residential, education, commercial, care and health projects
Supporting contract administration duties under JCT forms
Assisting with project documentation, programmes and cost information
Contributing to site inspections and reporting at key stages
Supporting coordination of multi-disciplinary design teams

Requirements:

BSc Hons in Building Surveying or a relevant property-related degree
Residential building surveying experience
JCT contract administration experience
Experience working within UK construction projects
Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams
Progress towards APC (ongoing development)
