Job Description:

A forward-thinking multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a talented Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Eltham-based office. The company is a leading national practice with nearly 50 years’ experience, delivering services including Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, M&E Engineering, and Sustainability Consulting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Involved in a wide variety of projects spanning the core sectors of Non-residential, Education, Commercial, Emergency Services, and Health
  • Focus on energy efficiency and retrofit initiatives
  • Work closely with senior surveyors and project teams, shaping the delivery of high-quality, sustainable projects
  • Gain hands-on experience and contribute meaningfully to projects that make a difference

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ post-graduate experience in building surveying or related field
  • Commitment to professional development, ideally working towards APC
  • Strong interest in sustainable design and energy-efficient solutions
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
