A UK leading specialist surveying and property practice is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Surrey-based team. The role offers structured APC support and a diverse workload across key sectors such as office, education, sport, and residential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing party wall, dilapidations, PPM, employers agent, schedules of condition and TDD services
  • working on projects across office, education, sport and residential sectors

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • an RICS accredited degree with 2+ years’ of Building Surveying experience
  • a consultancy or private practice background
  • a started APC diary
  • quick learner, self-motivated and dedicated to APC progression
