A well-established national property and construction consultancy is seeking a motivated and ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to become a key part of their dynamic Liverpool team. Defect diagnosis
Party wall matters
Dilapidations
Technical due diligence
Condition surveys

Requirements:

BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
At least one year of consultancy experience
Eager to complete APC and become a Chartered Surveyor
