A well-established national property and construction consultancy is seeking a motivated and ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to become a key part of their dynamic Liverpool team. Job Responsibility:

Work on diverse and high-profile projects
Gain hands-on experience in defect diagnosis, party wall matters, dilapidations, technical due diligence, and condition surveys

Requirements:

BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
At least one year of consultancy experience
Eager to complete APC and become a Chartered Surveyor
