Job Description:

A boutique Chartered Surveying firm is seeking an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 6, based near Liverpool Station in London. This role offers tailored APC support, diverse client exposure, and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Exposure to an interesting and diverse client portfolio, from large county council frameworks to grade listed private properties, delivering a multitude of service lines and schemes
  • Work alongside 2 trainees with 1:1 APC training and access to Senior’s/Partner on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:

  • BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
  • Consultancy/private practice background
  • Ideally commercial and residential experience
  • Strong communication- both written and verbal
