Job Description:

A boutique Chartered Surveying firm as seeking an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 6, based close to well-connected Liverpool Station in London. This is an opportunity for a dedicated Assistant Building Surveyor who is keen to progress their APC and work absorb the knowledge of a team of experienced Building Surveyor’s, with a 1:1 approach to training.

Job Responsibility:

  • Get exposure to an interesting and diverse client portfolio, from large county council frameworks, to grade listed private properties, delivering a multitude of service lines and schemes
  • Work alongside 2 trainees who you can develop with and have 1:1 APC training and access to the Senior’s/Partner on a day to day basis

Requirements:

  • BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
  • Consultancy/private practice background
  • Ideally commercial and residential experience
  • Strong communication- both written and verbal
