This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Building Surveyor looking to build a long-term career within a supportive SME environment, where an Assistant Building Surveyor will gain broad exposure to a variety of projects. The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be given structured support, responsibility, and hands-on experience, making this role ideal for an Assistant Building Surveyor keen to progress professionally. This position would suit a driven Assistant Building Surveyor who thrives in a collaborative setting.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting with a broad range of professional and project-related building surveying services
Working with clients across the public and private sectors, including local authorities, housing associations, developers, and private individuals
Supporting senior surveyors on projects from inception through to completion
Gaining exposure to varied building types and surveying disciplines
Developing technical knowledge through structured training and on-the-job learning

Requirements:

A motivated and eager learner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An interest in building long-term client relationships
Well organised with good attention to detail
Keen to take responsibility and progress professionally
