Job Description:

A boutique Chartered Surveying firm is seeking an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 6, based close to well-connected Liverpool Station in London. This role offers 1:1 tailored APC support and exposure to diverse client portfolios across multiple service lines.

Job Responsibility:

  • get exposure to an interesting and diverse client portfolio, from large county council frameworks, to grade listed private properties
  • deliver a multitude of service lines and schemes
  • work alongside 2 trainees
  • 1:1 APC training
  • access to the Senior’s/Partner on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:

  • BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
  • consultancy/private practice background
  • ideally commercial and residential experience
  • strong communication- both written and verbal
