Job Description:

A boutique Chartered Surveying firm is seeking an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 6, based close to well-connected Liverpool Station in London. This role offers 1:1 tailored APC support and exposure to diverse client portfolios across multiple service lines.

Job Responsibility:

get exposure to an interesting and diverse client portfolio, from large county council frameworks, to grade listed private properties
deliver a multitude of service lines and schemes
work alongside 2 trainees
1:1 APC training
access to the Senior’s/Partner on a day-to-day basis

Requirements:

BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
consultancy/private practice background
ideally commercial and residential experience
strong communication- both written and verbal

£30,000 – £35,000
