Job Description:

A boutique Chartered Surveying firm seeking an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor to join a close-knit team of 6 based near Liverpool Station in London. This role offers tailored APC training and exposure to diverse client portfolios. Candidates should have a relevant degree, strong communication skills, and experience in consultancy or private practice.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside 2 trainees with 1:1 APC training
  • Access Senior’s/Partner on a day-to-day basis
  • Exposure to a diverse client portfolio including county council frameworks and grade listed private properties
  • Deliver a multitude of service lines and schemes

Requirements:

  • BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
  • Consultancy/private practice background
  • Ideally commercial and residential experience
  • Strong communication- both written and verbal
