An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor to join a progressive multidisciplinary consultancy in South London. The company focuses on innovation, sustainability, and delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Involved in projects across Education, Commercial, Health, and Emergency Services sectors
Work on energy efficiency initiatives, refurbishment schemes, and new builds
Collaborate with senior surveyors and multidisciplinary teams
Gain hands-on experience and exposure to complex projects

Requirements:

1-2 years' post-graduate experience in building surveying or a related discipline
Commitment to professional development, ideally working towards APC
Strong interest in sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions
Proactive, collaborative, and able to take ownership of tasks
Motivated to grow within a multidisciplinary team and make a real impact
