Job Description:

An ambitious Assistant Building Surveyor is sought after by a leading national construction consultancy to join their growing Birmingham team. This role offers exceptional APC support and the opportunity to deliver a variety of commercial services and projects while progressing within a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a full suite of commercial professional services, including technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, party wall matters, measured surveys, and planned preventative maintenance
Managing and delivering a wide range of refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects across various sectors such as commercial, education, and retail
Strong project ownership and close client interaction

Requirements:

RICS-accredited degree
On the APC pathway (preferred)
Prior experience within a consultancy environment
Exposure to both project and professional services
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and client-facing skills
