Job Description:

Assistant Building Surveyor role in a multidisciplinary construction consultancy, working on various projects with focus on energy efficiency and sustainable design in a hybrid working environment

Job Responsibility:

Involved in projects spanning Non-residential, Education, Commercial, Emergency Services, and Health sectors
Focus on energy efficiency and retrofit initiatives
Work closely with senior surveyors and project teams
Contribute to delivery of high-quality, sustainable projects

Requirements:

1-2 years' post-graduate experience in building surveying or related field
Commitment to professional development, ideally working towards APC
Strong interest in sustainable design and energy-efficient solutions
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
