Job Responsibility:
Undertake measured surveys and inspections
Prepare CAD drawings and specifications
Act as Contract Administrator and/or Employer’s Agent
Prepare tender documentation and recommendations
Lead or assist with planning/building regulation submissions
Engage with multidisciplinary project teams
Assist in delivering party wall, condition and acquisition surveys
Maintain technical understanding of building defects and project operations
Requirements:
Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited or equivalent)
Working towards APC or recently enrolled
Solid technical foundation across core Building Surveying services
Confident communicator with a client-centric approach
Ability to take ownership of smaller projects with minimal oversight
Keen to support and mentor junior staff where appropriate
Motivated to grow into a senior-level position with leadership responsibilities
