Job Description:

A boutique Chartered Surveying firm is seeking an aspiring Assistant Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 6, based close to Liverpool Station in London. This is an opportunity for a dedicated professional to progress their APC and grow alongside seasoned Building Surveyors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Exposure to an interesting and diverse client portfolio
  • Delivering a multitude of service lines and schemes
  • Working alongside 2 trainees
  • Access to Senior’s/Partner for 1:1 APC training

Requirements:

  • BSc/ MSc, ideally in Building Surveyor or RICS accredited
  • Consultancy/private practice background
  • Ideally commercial and residential experience
  • Strong communication- both written and verbal
