Job Description

Playing a huge role in operations. You’ll work hand in hand with site manager to deliver only the best property management services. Having superior organisational skills will be vital to this role because you’ll make road maps on how to smooth out the daily operations of the designated sites. You’ll also help the manager in ensuring project success by preparing the environment, making it safe and efficient to operate.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with site manager to deliver property management services
  • Create road maps for daily site operations
  • Ensure project success by preparing a safe and efficient operating environment
  • Stay on top of maintenance activities and requirements with contractors/vendors
  • Complete repairs and maintenance based on timelines and standards
  • Follow OMS procedures and checklists
  • Keep maintenance stock inventory in check and replenished
  • Audit and inspect sites and systems for defects
  • Propose solutions and obtain quotations
  • Hand/take over units to Tenants

Requirements

  • At least one to three years of experience in a commercial property management role
  • Exposure to commercial operation management software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Independent-thinking with outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to address complex problems while maintaining professionalism
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of technology trends
  • Ability to build relationships with a warm and positive attitude
  • Ability to stay calm in crises, especially when dealing with customers
