Job Description

Assistant Building Manager role at Dcondo Mine Condominium in Phuket, responsible for delivering high-quality property management services, driving daily operations, and promoting client satisfaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure team has relevant and up-to-date skills
  • Monitor and create budget plans and management reports
  • Act as liaison officer for major programmes on-site
  • Manage site's daily activities
  • Ensure essential operational processes are followed
  • Ensure building's interior and exterior are well-maintained
  • Perform regular site inspections
  • Conduct fire and other evacuations as scheduled
  • Build and maintain positive tenant relationships
  • Provide excellent customer services
  • Handle client/tenant queries
  • Attend meetings
  • Coordinate with local authorities
  • Mentor, motivate and train team members

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in estate management, building services, engineering or similar courses
  • At least six years of experience and technical expertise in facilities management
  • Strong business, marketing and management background
  • Ability to resolve problems effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced work environment using recent technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent work ethics
