Job Responsibility:
Contribute to and activate the marketing strategy and vision for the Brand
Lead projects across consumer communications and product innovation and renovation
Inspire others to work with agility
Participate in the development of marketing plans and contribute to objectives, strategies, and tactics
Lead cross-functional and agency teams through strategy, development, and execution of communications
Develop strategy and execute multi-audience eCRM communications
Analyze partnerships & programs to maximize effectiveness/efficiency
Create effective presentations and influence across key stakeholders
Conduct market research
Assist in managing budgets and analytical assessments such as share, sales, and P&L performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
4+ years of business experience working in a professional environment
2+ years in brand marketing, sales or marketing strategy, self-employed entrepreneur or business analytics
Nice to have:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration
Experience connecting the dots between data points and drawing conclusions/recommendations from syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, PowerBI etc.) to drive new business initiatives and project success
