Job Responsibility
Lead and support end‑to‑end brand building initiatives, from strategic planning to execution, to drive demand and brand growth
Translate consumer insights and cultural trends into strong brand ideas, campaigns, and activations
Work closely with cross‑functional partners such as Finance, Research and Development, Sales, and Supply Chain to bring plans to life
Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across offline, digital, and social media channels
Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to inform decision‑making
Manage key marketing projects with strong ownership, timelines, and attention to detail
Champion creativity and innovation while ensuring ideas are grounded in strong business thinking
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing or a closely related commercial role
Proven interest and hands‑on exposure to brand building and demand creation
Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financial drivers behind a brand
Good knowledge of digital and social media platforms and how they support brand growth
A creative, proactive mindset with strong ownership and drive to make things happen
Nice to have
Experience working on fast‑moving consumer goods or consumer brands
Exposure to campaign development across multiple consumer touchpoints
Experience working in cross‑functional or highly collaborative teams
