Our client is a world-leading FMCG company with a strong presence in the industry. They are currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager/Senior Executive who will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives to lead the brand growth.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor a wide range of marketing activities (i.e. ATL,BTL.)
Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns towards business objectives
Manage and optimize product portfolio, support product innovation and brand management
Manage budgetary control, spending, and performance tracking
Conduct market research and analysis to identify the latest market trends and opportunities
Requirements:
Degree holder with 3+ years of experience in brand marketing
Proficient in managing product launches and branding campaigns
Data-driven with strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Marketing Executive position
