We are looking for a driven and analytical Assistant Brand Manager to support the marketing strategies for the Oral Care division. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in executing brand plans, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring the successful implementation of product initiatives. Job Responsibility:
Assist in the development and execution of annual brand marketing plans to achieve business objectives and market share growth
Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of 360° marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital touchpoints
Work closely with external agencies (creative, media, digital, P.R.) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaign materials
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to provide actionable recommendations for brand strategy
Support the launch of new products (NPD) by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and R&D
Monitor and track the A&P budget to ensure marketing spend is optimized and within allocation
Assist in preparing monthly business reviews and post-campaign analysis reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably within personal care or related categories
Proven experience in executing brand campaigns and managing agency partners
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into marketing insights
Excellent project management and communication skills
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
