Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and analytical Assistant Brand Manager to support the marketing strategies for the Oral Care division. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in executing brand plans, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring the successful implementation of product initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer with a passion for personal care to grow their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the development and execution of annual brand marketing plans to achieve business objectives and market share growth
  • Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of 360° marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital touchpoints
  • Work closely with external agencies (creative, media, digital, P.R.) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaign materials
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to provide actionable recommendations for brand strategy
  • Support the launch of new products (NPD) by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and R&D
  • Monitor and track the A&P budget to ensure marketing spend is optimized and within allocation
  • Assist in preparing monthly business reviews and post-campaign analysis reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably within personal care or related categories
  • Proven experience in executing brand campaigns and managing agency partners
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into marketing insights
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
